Its been such a great experience working with oNest.

Trying to communicate with any real human in this company has been a nightmare. Throughout the past month, I have sent multiple emails to one of the realtors, GiGi, inquiring on new units, and with each reply I get the same response: can you tell us an estimate move-in time? By the fourth time I get this question, I am suspicious of AI-generated responses for their emails, which is upsetting because it is not explicitly stated. I am sent two new units from this AI chat bot and click the links to them on the website - two fresh units just listed days ago, and I do my due diligence and set up a tour through the website portal, but to be extra sure I call the number listed on the same page as the unit listings. At first, the person on the phone was useful, and right when I give him a time and date for touring both units, he back tracks and asks me to send an email to the company regarding the listings. Frustrated, I do just that, and soon I get a reply from an actual human this time, Anjana, and what she says baffles me: "I am not sure where you find these listings." I message her with both links to the units I was just sent by the AI chatbot, links that show each listing as either ACTIVE or NEW and both had been posted less than a week ago. I still have no reply back. Either I am being blatantly lied to or there is a complete disregard for organization. *Forgot to mention this as well, I scheduled a phone convo with the original realtor through the AI chatbot. That phone conversation never happened. Unacceptable. TL;DR: DON'T waste your time trying to contact this company, you will be sent into circles to not even have contact with a real human being. To be honest, I am suspicious if this company is credible.

Anjana and her team at oNEST Real Estate are incredible! My husband and I bought our first home in October and this team helped us every step of the way and have continued to check in and support us months later. They guided us through all of the highs and lows that come with house hunting until we found what was right for us. 10/10 would work with them again!
